What you will be doing
Providing one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to help them reach their business goals by teaching them new skills and providing accountability
Developing and facilitating training for the organization's clients
Analyzing customer data, trends in industry sectors, and other information related to a company’s performance in order to make strategic recommendations for improvement
Developing and implementing coaching programs that are tailored to the individual needs of clients
Assessing clients’ current business practices and identifying opportunities for improvement through training or other means
Conducting strategic planning sessions with clients to help them set goals and develop strategies for achieving those goals
Identifying opportunities for new business development and working with clients to develop business plans to support these opportunities
Recommending changes to existing business models or suggesting new business ventures based on market conditions and client needs
Conducting visits to the financed women to ascertain the level of impact of the organizations training and mentoring
Conducting other roles as assigned by the Branch Manager
Requirements and skills
Proven record developing and facilitating sessions
Open and continuous learner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have prior experience working with small and medium-sized businesses
Available to work full time
Refugees especially women are given first priority
Have high-level ability to speak and understand English, Kiswahili, and Luganda
An added bonus is for those who are able to speak and understand French and Kinyarwanda
